Victoria Beckham has launched a new collection of her clothing line DVB that came out February 26, 2008. Many people have heard of it already, but for those of you who haven't, well i'm just letting you know. So far she is only releasing denim and sunglasses, but she promises to introduce some dresses, as well as many other items into the mix. I would like to try some on really, and i hear it's very good too. All the big stores are asking for her designs so i should visit and try something on (and maybe buy something if i like how it looks). I hope her jeans are very good at bum-lifting because every good jean should have that :)
Anyways, I'll keep on the lookout for some of her designs when i go shopping; unill then,
i'll just have to buy some more things from H&M i suppose.
Much love,
-Julia

Sarce-Bloody-Blue!
I was sitting in my business class doing nothing (as usual) when i came across this piece of heaven. Vintage Couture is what i call it. It's so original (and i'm most interested in original items) and beau i just had to share it.
Handbag: Dallas
This is another purse i fell in love with. I love the pale blue colour and the whole sleekness if the purse. You kind of just want to touch it.
Clutch: BCBGMAXAZRIA
Love it! It looks so rustic and it reminds me off trees. I just want to go sit in a cottage and drink some tea with it. I love the different fabrics and textures Lockheart used for this bag.
Handbag: Lockheart
This bag is jsut the opposite of the bag above, but it's Fendi, so who cares? Everyone loves Fendi (me especially). This bag looks so futuristic and groovy. Reminds you of stainless steel, doesn't it? It does to me.
Handbag: Fendi
I didn't actually find this purse iin business class today, but i just had to put it up because i love Fendi and i love this purse. Unfortunately, i could not find the multi-coloured one, but i will keep looking! I love how you can fold down the piece with the handle and it become a clutch. Phwoaaar i love this purse!
Well i hope you enjoyed my purse contribution,
Au revoir mes amis,
Julia

Wall Art
You've probably seen these around. Maybe on TV, maybe at a friend's house, or maybe you own some yourself, but wall decals are starting to become more and more popular.
You can stick them to virtually anything; walls, floors, ceilings, closets..The list goes on. They are very good at brightening up or giving interest to a room. For example, the picture on the top would have looked slightly boring with just a big green wall, or maybe it would have been too bright. The wall declas tied the whole space together!
I would really want some in my room, but it's so hard to decide on just one! I want them all, but then my room would be packed with stickers.
The prices range from around 20-60 dollars a package.
I would use the animals one's in a babie's/kid's room because it makes the space so much cuter :)
So if you would like to know more about wall decals or would like to buy some, here is the site to go to:

Top 5 Picks
5. I simply love this outfit. It's so simple and easy to put together. It kind of reminds of a warm day on the beach or something else warm and cozy. It's very versatile. You canpair the top with jeans or a skirt and it would still look nice (you probably don't want to wearit with a poofy skirt because the whole look will seem too wide).
Top: Topshop
Shorts: Old Navy
Shoes: Nine West
4. Excuse the tiny-ness of the photo, but it includes:
A turtleneck, a waistcoat/ vest-type-of-thing, skinny jeans and shoes.
I love this outfit a lot because it is so simple yet so modern and mature. Turtlenecks overall make m feel very mature and smart (just add glasses). I also love how the shoe blends from black to white; it dds a bit of interest to an otherwise boring shoe.
Turtleneck: American Apparel
Waistcoat: Topshop
Jeans: American Apparel
Shoes: Aldo
3. One of my favorite looks of all time. I love the flowy
shirt and the jeans. I would also wear this shirt with pantyhose (which would look delicious) if the shirt was a wee bit longer.
Shirt: Macy's
Jeans: Macy's
Shoes: Aldo
2. Phwoar! How I love this outfit! I could wear it everyday if i could (well i could, but then i would end up smelling like something you wouldn't want to smell). I love the design on the tank top and the high waited skirt and the colour of the shoe. mmm. This oufit completes me.
The skirt can also be worn with pantyhose. One thing i didn't include in this list of items i love is a bright miniskirt. Paired with a neutral top :) But it can't be like this skir, it should be tight, that's what i like, and you can wear leggings or pantyhose underneath (pantyhose seems to go with everything doesnt it?).
Tank Top: H&M
Skirt: Guess
Shoes: Nine West
1. Well, i didn't actually put this outfit together, but pret-a-porter is what everyone's doing now right?
!
Dolce And Gabbana! I love it. It has the best designs (in my opinion) along with Oscar De La Renta. I love how this is designer clothing but it's wearable in everday life an it's so beautiful! I love the patterns and colours (red is my favorite colour so far). And the shoes are original too. I love original shoes, beter than any kind (i.e Pronza Schouler, Yves St. Laurent, Balenciaga, Fendi, etc. etc.).
Dress, Purse, Belt and Shoes: Dolce and Gabanna
Well, that's it for my top 5 :) Hopefully alona will make one too so i wontfeel so lonely and isolated.
Well, pip pip

Are we too brand-name crazy?
As much as I love my certain brands, I have no problem buying from an unkown designer. Others disagree. I know people who would dislike buying things just because the designer is not well known or they lust for an item just because of the designer. I once saw a friend buy the most hideous clothing I've ever seen just because it was brand name. So, what do you think? Do you go crazy for brand name items? or are you like me, and can buy whatever as long as its fashionable to you?
